We work with you and with key team members to identify problems and select appropriate Workout participants.  We then convene and facilitate the session which concludes with implementation plans to operationalize the solutions.  The Workout is an intense working session designed to identify and realize immediate improvements, often crossing departmental lines.  The goal is to produce measurable results within 90 days after the session.
