In Part One we work with you to define the team leadership talent required, and team member selection.  We conduct working/training sessions to educate team members on the keys to successful team work.  

In Part Two we help the designated team leader prepare for drafting a charter and setting the work agenda. With the team as a whole we focus on aligning the team on their purpose, outcomes, deliverables and timelines.  

In Part Three we monitor team interactions, decision making, problem solving and implementation.
