Prior to founding Feinholz, Inc (formerly Feinholz & Associates), Linda was in charge of strategic planning, operations planning and analysis, and new business analysis for Walt Disney Imagineering. She began her management career in operations management with UCLA Medical Center, worked as a strategy consultant to Avon Products Pacific Rim markets general managers and senior management teams, and as a health care consultant with Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney).
Linda Feinholz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at San Diego, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Linda has been an adjunct professor of the Phillips Graduate Institute, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, has been invited to sit on the advisory council of the Professionals Network Group and on Boards of Director and committees of several social service organizations.
