Management Skills Training… teaches your management team to develop direct reports who learn to optimize and maximize their talents and resources.  The Management Skills Training Program focuses on key management skills that provide the support and feedback essential to achieving high performance businesses.  Our initial assessment provides an evaluation of the organizational and managerial skills present in the organization.  Two hour training groups sessions include topics in Leadership, Management, Delegation, Decision-Making, etc. are led, with work plans developed to take the learning into the daily workings of the business.  Individual and small group training includes a more involved series of work sessions focused on establishing roles, responsibilities and objectives for each person being managed; functional work planning; creating a Performance Management system; effective meeting management, etc. This training ensures you get the most out of your team members.
